Bookings become effective upon receipt of 30% of stay rate to be carried out through bank transfer or by credit card.
The person who signs the booking form is responsible for himself/herself and the other room guests for any damage to the room and to the premises and for any behaviour that adversely affects communal life rules. |

| CANCELLATION |
Cancellation via fax made within 10 days of arrival date will be fully reimbursed according to the exact amount paid for the booking with the only addiction of banking a management expenses. |
| PENALTY |
In case of cancellation occurring in the 10 days prior to arrival date the following rates will be charged as a penalty:
Within 9 to 7 days before arrival 30% of the amount paid in advance
Within 6 to 3 days before arrival 70% of the advance
Within 2 days from check-in 100% of the advance |
PAYMENTS |
We accept cash, bancomat and Credit Card such as (VISA and MASTERCARD - AMERICAN EXPRESS).
Once the balance and all the extras are settled, the hotel will issue the invoice of the total stay. |
